I have worked with this entity for over 3 years and never had an issue until now. I placed an order back late July and paid for it early August. I have the information to show the payment was picked up via WU. The order I placed is now no longer visable on their web page though they have received payment which I do show. I have sent countless emails and correspondence to prove this and I am not getting any response at all now. The last order I received was great with the exception of a couple items damaged in shipping which they agreed to make right on this specific shipment. I was about to place another order with them and decided when they weren't responsive on the current shipment to stand down and possibly place my order with another source. I am deeply disappointed in their current customer service and lack of response. I am now researching other sources. I apologize but this is the best information I can provide. Again, I have proof of all communications and lack of response.
